Job Description

Spotlead is recruiting for a Full-Time Project Manager position. This position is responsible for the overall planning, execution, management and reporting of multiple projects primarily focused on client implementations and launches. This is a customer-centric role which requires handling multiple projects concurrently. You will be working closely with clients via project management software and email.

This role requires experience and expertise in managing strategic customer projects, driving project results, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and communicating with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
--Utilize project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
--Provide leadership for client implementation project initiatives, serving as the internal and external project owner, and main point of contract, throughout all phases of the project.
--Communicate effectively on a day-to-day basis with Spotlead’s clients; partner with clients during the lifecycle of the onboarding program or project.
--Manage the project timeline and ensure all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers keep detailed tracking of all project hours; manage project roles, identify resource requirements, manage project resources, define project deliverables and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and clients.
--Work closely with clients and the Spotlead team to manage project scope and create client-centric workflows and processes that maximize client outcomes.
--Review project deliverables prior to client review, assess and provide improve recommendations where required; proactively manage client expectations.
--Assist in preparing and delivering clear and concise activity/progress reports to clients and Spotlead leadership; clearly communicate and manage.
--Manage the project closing process, conduct post implementation reviews with clients, lessons learned reviews with internal teams and work with Spotlead leadership team to implement improvement areas.
--Manage multiple projects at any given time while adhering to established deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Skills / Experience
--Must be fluent in English
--Available to work and dedicate USA hours 2pm-6pm PST (Los Angeles) 5 days a week Monday through Friday
--Must have a dedicated home office space, with high speed internet, cameras, multiple screens, etc
--Must have knowledge of Slack, Click-Up, Google Docs, Zoom/Loom
--5 years’ experience working on implementation projects for strategic/enterprise customers.
--Excellent problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.
--Ability to balance competing demands from multiple client projects while remaining structured and organized.
--Experience with requirements gathering initiatives and writing use cases.
--Experience with project management strategy (phasing strategies, roadmaps, risk mitigation, etc.).
--Organizational and analytical skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
--Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills.
--Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
--Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
--MUST be able to get tasks done without a lot of oversight. (i.e. self-managed and resourceful)
--Must have a high IQ for researching, problem-solving and gathering knowledge on each task
