Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. This person must be highly motivated to get things accomplished, they need to have a PMP or equivalent (experience and/or certifications), they must think and live in SMART objectives and goals, and they must be able to work directly for an entrepreneur, take a vision and a set of goals and turn those into an executable plan for a small team as easily as they breathe.

Startup experience is highly beneficial, but is not absolutely required.

Some experience in healthcare would be helpful, but is not required.

This is a semi-traditional role that will also branch into operational directing of activities, potentially hiring/firing, and helping me manage the running budget. This includes setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks and assigning teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to specific tasks, then ensuring the work is completed and done well.
