Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless execution of projects, emphasizing punctuality, accuracy, and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining detailed records.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, EST

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Attendance Management:
Ensure punctuality and readiness of employees at designated work locations within set timeframes.
Utilize the Jobber field management system for accurate attendance tracking and GPS monitoring.

GPS Tracking and Privacy:
Manage GPS monitoring while respecting employee privacy and company policies.
Address any GPS-related concerns or issues promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain meticulous project records and documentation.
Document project sites before work commencement, highlighting conditions and purchases.
Report product issues, site conditions, purchases, progress, and completion status promptly.

Project Completion:
Ensure all projects are completed satisfactorily before leaving the service location.
Obtain project completion approval and necessary documentation for accountability.

Documentation Management:
Establish a structured system for documentation retrieval and storage.
Report any incomplete work or discrepancies in project completion status.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management or a related field.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
