Position Title: Project Manager
Company: Tech Guru – IT for Accounting Firms
Location: Remote

Job Mission:

By serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, leading project planning and implementation, and effectively managing project scope, schedule, and budget, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide best-in-class service and drive client success. Key Role Objectives:
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Planning and Implementation:
• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings, ensuring alignment among teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders on project objectives and expectations.
• Implement project plans, assigning tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Scope Management and Change Control:
• Define and manage project scope, proactively identifying and addressing scope creep or changes in project requirements.
• Assess change requests, evaluate their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget, and implement appropriate change control processes.
Schedule and Budget Management:
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting timelines as needed to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project budget and resources effectively, monitoring expenditures, forecasting costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Assemble and coordinate project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure they have the resources and direction needed to succeed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
• Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project success.
• Proactively address project issues and roadblocks, facilitating resolution and implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
Quality Assurance and Deliverable Management:
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, conducting regular reviews and quality checks to ensure they meet client requirements and project standards.
• Coordinate client reviews and approvals of deliverables, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed to achieve client satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation.
• Generate project reports and metrics to track project progress, analyze performance, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay current on industry trends, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

About You:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
• Experience creating or being involved in the Scope of Work process, including defining project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of and experience with change management methodologies, with the ability to facilitate organizational change and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with security and data privacy regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Ability to analyze project data and create reports for stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and informing decision-making.
• Experience with resource allocation and vendor management, including selecting and managing third-party vendors and subcontractors.
• Ability to motivate and mentor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday, for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables.
• Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing changing priorities and project requirements effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
