Project Manager


We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to enhance our team's capabilities. This pivotal role involves overseeing client projects, guiding the job application support process from beginning to end, and guaranteeing client satisfaction through superior communication and process management.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee client projects, ensuring prompt communication and adherence to project timelines.
•Utilize GPT-3 and other AI tools to draft and refine job search strategies based on client inputs.
•Gather job listing samples and refine search strategies through iterative client feedback.
•Manage the automated collection of job listings and organize them into a structured application tracker.
•Verify the quality of job listings with regular checks and modify strategies based on client feedback.
•Collaborate with Application Analysts to manage job applications, track progress, and update clients.
•Constantly seek ways to refine and enhance processes based on client feedback and internal assessments.

Low client satisfaction scores, decreased application volumes, and high turnover rates among Analysts indicate performance issues and may necessitate a reevaluation of your role.
