Project Manager

Hello, we're a growing digital marketing agency that manages various hotel clients in Hawaii and in the Mainland United States. We're looking for a Project Manager who will help keep our project workflows efficient, while ensuring good turnaround for our clients, and high-quality work.

To be successful in this role you must have great attention to detail, be organized, communicate well, and have good time management skills.

You will work with our Marketing Operations Director to:
- Manage overall task workflow
- Manage department projects and deadlines
- Assign timelines and responsibilities
- Streamline communications between internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Send progress updates to clients
- Update content on websites
- Special projects, as assigned.

Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and copywriting
- Ability to work with project management software, such as ClickUp
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and often with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients
- Highly organized
- Detail-oriented
