Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the upkeep and efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage various tasks and personnel efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
2. Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate and manage external contractors, ensuring timely completion of work, adherence to safety protocols, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks, ensuring that supplies are readily available when needed.
4. Budget Oversight: Assist the Facilities Manager in budget planning and cost control by tracking expenditures related to maintenance activities.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
6. Work Order Management: Process and prioritize work orders for maintenance tasks, assigning tasks to the appropriate tea
7. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of various equipment and machinery, ensuring their optimal functionality.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and warranties.
9. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and effectively.
10. Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Property Manager /Owner on maintenance activities, budget updates, and ongoing projects
