Project Management & Marketing Assistant

You will play a pivotal role in helping the CEO driving the success of two innovative projects: Flowsend, a cutting-edge prosumer podcast marketing tool, and a key initiative dedicated to enhancing executive online presence and lead generation.

Your mission will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities, from orchestrating project timelines to helping with content creation and sales outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects – establish a repeatable process and ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
- Prepare, organize, and produce content tailored for reach & SEO, leveraging AI tools we will provide for content generation and organization.
- Identify target connections and users, assisting with outreach to potential collaborators, beta testers, and podcast guests using platforms like LinkedIn and Apollo.
- Support podcast marketing & content preparation for company's podcasts
