JOB OVERVIEW

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team task management using Trello
- Calendar Management
- Email Management (sending follow-up emails to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers)
- Data entry, management, and organization
- Other administrative tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- With 2+ years of Admin experience working in a busy Marketing agency on multiple projects
- With at least 1 year of experience in Website development project coordination with an understanding of platforms like Shopify, WordPress, etc.
- With understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
- Experience with Google Suite & Trello
- Understanding of Marketing/Advertising is preferred
- Highly proactive and energetic
- Extremely organized, can manage other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers' schedules
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Must be able to travel to Greater Manila for occasional teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
