A Project Coordinator (PC) fulfills various duties and responsibilities while working closely with tea
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling projects and team calendars
Maintains project management standards by providing solution-driven resources
Answers customer questions and general inquiries via phone and
Conducts and participates in outreach efforts related but not limited to lead generation and sales
Enforces company policies and procedures
Promotes client retention through departmental initiatives as identified by management
Adopts special projects from time to time as assigned by management based on the needs of the business
Supports cross-departmental functions by developing an advanced understanding of key responsibilities that are either shared or siloed
Manage projects including but not limited to: consulting, invoicing, and calendaring while providing a seamless client experience
Master product knowledge and its translation to marketing solutions and needs
Develop an understanding of creative quality assurance
Identifies and determines system improvement
Learns how to translate project management workflows into other projects that are not product- or service-specific
Conducts cold or warm outreach calls
Participates and engages in company culture while contributing to talent retention
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service, outreach, communication, and sales skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software fluency
Proficient with Google Workspace and other word processing software
