JOB OVERVIEW

Our established, small firm is growing! We need someone to help keep us on track. You will:
- Monitor our support email for incoming client questions or needs.
- Assign a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to the task in our project management system, Freedcamp. Assign a due date.
- Communicate the due date to the client and monitor the task to be sure it is progressing and will be done on time.
- Communicate any needs from the team to the client. Excellent written and verbal english skills are required. Most communication will be via email, but some may be by zoom.
- You will monitor outstanding tasks and due dates each day. You will make sure that nothing "slips through the cracks" or we miss due dates.
- Once the task is complete, you will make sure the client is informed. In some cases, you will tell the client yourself via email (or rarely, zoom). In some cases, another teaUpgrade to see actual infomber will communicate with the client. You will make sure you know when the teaUpgrade to see actual infomber plans to inform the client and follow up to be sure client communication has happened. In some cases, it will simply be that the teaUpgrade to see actual infomber marks the client communication task as complete.
- For some tasks, such as simple edits to a client website, you may do the task yourself. The ability to made edits in a Wordpress website is a big plus. We use the Divi theme often, so an amazing help would be if you already know Divi to some extent. If not, but you have Wordpress skills, we will give you video training to learn how to use it.
- You will be expected to use the following software
1) Google Chat
2) Zoom and Google Meet
3) Google Drive
4) Google Docs
5) Google Sheets

Nice to have, but not required initially, skills may include:
1) Canva for graphics creation
2) Adobe creative suite
3) Social Media skills (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
4) Google SEO skills including SEMRush, Ubersuggest and similar. Google Analytics.
5) Google Ads interface knowledge
6) Blog writing
7) Upgrade to see actual info for entry of new client bills and payments (or help the accounting team if they need extra assistance)

Other duties may include:
- Follow up emails to past clients or prospects
- Research into online competitors of our clients to see who is ranking well on Google.
- Various data entry tasks

Required:
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Committed to always meet assigned due dates
- Courteous and kind to clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Patient.
- Self motivated. Does not need to be micro-managed.
- Good learner, If you don't know something, you will seek out the answer on Google or other resources.
- Interested in helping the company and clients succeed. Makes clients happy.
- Works to meet and exceed client expectations. Not satisfied with just good enough.
- Time efficient. Works to get tasks done quickly and with highest quality. Doesn't waste time.
