Project Assistant for Publishing Company

Looking for a V/A for our publishing business. We are creating books in the children's niche so looking for someone with a teaching background who has worked with children aged 3-12.

Having teaching experience in preschool or elementary is a plus

The tasks will be:

- Quality Check on Books: Review books for errors & mistakes.
- Project Management: Managing our project in Asana and making sure the project is on track
- Create & Review Outlines
- Making suggestions on how the books could be improved
- Good writing English to communicate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Working with the team to create high-quality books.
- Writing Content
- Market & Keyword Research
- Create Landing Pages & Maintain Email List.
- Posting books on sites or social media to gather reviews.
- Etc.

Requirements:
- Experience or background knowledge in position
- Fluent in English language
- Attention to detail and high-quality, consistent work is important to them
- Meet deadlines
- Frequent, easy, and open communication
- Open and willing to take constructive feedback
