Proficient Overages & Surplus Funds Lead Cold Caller

Our asset recovery company specializes in reclaiming surplus funds from foreclosures and uncovering unclaimed assets that our customers may not even know exist. As a Cold Caller/Virtual Assistant with us, you'll play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, offering our services, and helping them reclaim what's rightfully theirs.

Your responsibilities will include successful cold calling, with a recommended minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling and preferably two years of sales experience. A plus is real estate experience or familiarity with surplus funds and tax overages. You'll be setting appointments, closing deals, and aiming to secure 5-10 contracts per week.

You'll have the opportunity to communicate with homeowners via various channels such as cold calls, text blasts, and emails, providing them with information about our services and gauging their interest. Additionally, you'll be provided with scripts and training to ensure you're well-prepared for success.

This role offers the flexibility to work from 2 pm to 7 pm CST (US) Monday through Friday, allowing you to balance work and other commitments effectively.
