Product Sourcing Specialist

Strong English is required for meetings and communication.

The ability to solve problems quickly and being a fast learner is essential to be hired. It is “preferred” to have experience but not required. This job is currently part-time but could become full-time within or after 6 months of evaluation. The job description and tasks are as follows:

70% Supplier and Product Sourcing

- You will focus more on Sourcing suppliers and Products in Alibaba.
- Communicate with Alibaba Suppliers using step by step process.
- $25 when the 1st sample order is placed and $25 when a purchase order is placed.

20% Product Research for an Amazon Private Label Brand

- Specific guidelines are given to find profitable products.
- Will use SellerSprite as the main tool for Product Research.
- $50 bonus for each product selected after processing the sample order.

10% Small Project and Tasks

- Will be given individual and team tasks.
- Instructions for the project will be provided during team or 1on1 meetings.
- All projects will be managed through Notion.

Communication

- Scheduled ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings for general project updates and direction.
- ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings to train and create operating procedures.

Payment

- Employee will send Invoice 48-72hrs before the end of the month.
- Monthly payments are sent on the 1st of each month via Wise.
