Pricing Analyst

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Down to Earth Investments is a fast-growing land investment company that is sending out more than 20,000 blind offer letters per month to owners of large acreage vacant land. These offers currently generate somewhere between 60 - 100 leads per month for our company. The Pricing Analyst job will be responsible for putting together our final mailing lists, complete with pricing based on county and acreage.

JOB OVERVIEW
This position is focused around helping our company create blind offer letters which will be mailed directly to owners of vacant land. These offers are designed to purchase land at a discount from current property owners. We are able to calculate a discounted offer amount for each piece of land based on data of similar properties that have sold in the area. We are looking for someone to pull our data from our data software service, process the lists through CRM and scrubbing softwares, and calculate the offer amounts for each US county.

This job will provide 1 to 2 months working directly with the owner to build a list of 60,000 leads across multiple states in the United States.

$5/hr

WORK SCHEDULE:
8 hour shift
9 am - 5 pm EST
Monday to Friday
Potential to grow into a more permanent position with our company.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- “Builder” mentality – enjoys building things from scratch
- High-level problem solver & resourceful
- Able to analyze spreadsheets and data to calculate offers (we will teach you how)
- Detail-oriented – for extra brownie points, mention the word “conundrum” when you apply
- Highly organized
- Reliable, trustworthy, hard-working

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Download contact lead lists from our data provider according to specific filters
- Upload and download lists through CRM and scrubbing softwares
- Analyze US county market prices for vacant land (we will teach you our process for this)
- Add pricing to mailing lists
- Organize final, ready-to-mail lists in Google Drive
