Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Podio/Globiflow Specialist to manage and optimize our systems and automate various processes to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation, IT administration, and a solid understanding of CRM and data environments. Experience in the real estate industry will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- IT Administration & Process Automation Set-Up:
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of IT systems.
- Implement and manage process automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Quality Assurance:
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure CRM, dialer, SMS systems, and workflows are functioning correctly.
- Develop and implement testing protocols to identify and address potential issues.

- Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to failed automations and IT systems.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to diagnose and fix bugs promptly.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Podio, Globiflow, and Zapier.
- Experience in connecting data sources to data visualization tools.
- Proven experience in systems analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in process automation.
- Basic development skills, particularly within CRM and data environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry, particularly in workflows, is highly desirable.
