We are currently looking for an innovative and creative online virtual assistant who specializes in podcast and video editing, social media content creation, and management to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:
* Edit audio recordings to produce clear, engaging, and high-quality podcasts.
* Edit video recordings, including adding effects/transitions and ensuring the final product is polished and in line with our brand's aesthetic.
* Publish podcasts and videos on various platforms, ensuring each piece is optimized for the specific platform (e.g., YouTube, Spotify).
* Create engaging and platform-specific social media content, including reels, stories, and posts, to promote our podcasts and videos.
* Monitor social media channels for feedback and engagement opportunities, engaging with our audience to build community and foster relationships.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and content creation, continuously exploring new tools and techniques to improve content quality and engagement.
* Collaborate with our team to brainstorm content ideas and contribute to content planning and strategy.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in audio and video editing, with a portfolio of past work.
* Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Audition, Davinci Resolve).
* Experience managing social media accounts, including content creation and analytics.
* Strong understanding of the latest trends in social media and content creation.
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
* Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
