Podcast / Video Reel Editor (Day Shift)

As a podcast editor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our podcast episodes are polished and captivating. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating short-form videos that effectively promote our content on various social media platforms.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and production, preferably with a marketing agency.
- Fluent in English with tertiary level education or equivalent.
- Proficient in managing the entire video post-production process for video podcasts and short-form reels, froUpgrade to see actual infodia ingestion to delivering final videos.
- Collaborate with Project Leads to craft creative and captivating videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Adapt long-form podcast content into short clips, reels, and shorts.
- Capable of delivering 6-8 Reel/TikTok/Shorts edits per day.
- Ability to understand the subject matter of recorded content and effectively present it through editing, particularly with podcasts covering various topics.
- Skillful in adding accurate and dynamic subtitles to videos.
- Incorporate transition effects, graphics, and music into videos to enhance visual appeal.
- Create cutdowns of existing content when required.
- Maintain an organised workflow and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and Project Leads during the review process.
- Stay up-to-date with trending sounds and themes on TikTok, implementing them into clients' content strategy promptly.
- Possess intermediate to advanced skills in Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrates a tasteful eye for design, composition, framing, and colour choices.
- Experienced in sound cleanup, sound design, and sound mixing.
- Fluent in English, with tertiary level education or equivalent.
- Familiarity with working in an agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deadline-driven and able to manage workflow and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Ability to work closely with Directors and Managers and provide regular updates.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6:30 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Salary range: 25,000 - 30,000 PHP per month.

- Applicants must have a computer that meets the following specifications, or have the ability to upgrade to equivalent specs:
- Intel 7th Gen or newer CPU, or AMD Ryzen 3000 Series or newer CPU.
- Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1809 or later.
- At least 32GB of RAM, preferably more.
- At least 6GB of VRAM, ideally 8GB.
- Nvidia GeForce or Quadro Graphic cards are recommended (Equivalent to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 or better).

- High-quality monitor and headphones.
- Good internet speed: Minimum average of 30 Mbps.
- Strong English language skills, both spoken and written, are essential, along with excellent communication abilities.
