Part Time- Remote Job Description:

As a Podcast Outreach & Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Identifying and reaching out to potential podcast guests who align with our show's theme and audience.

• Managing all communication with prospective and confirmed guests.

• Coordinating schedules and ensuring a smooth booking process.

• Maintaining a database of guest contacts and interactions.

• Collaborating with the production team to prepare pre-interview materials for guests.

• Assisting in the development of episode content and direction.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with CRM software and scheduling tools.

• A passion for podcasting and a broad knowledge of various podcast genres.

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
