Role Summary:
The Booking Virtual Assistant will be instrumental in identifying and securing relevant podcast and speaking opportunities for our team. This role demands a proactive, highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and a thorough understanding of the consulting industry's landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential podcasts and speaking opportunities that resonate with our firm’s expertise.
Initiate contact with podcast hosts and event organizers, presenting our team as potential guests or speakers.
Handle all correspondence, ensuring clear communication and coordination of schedules, technical requirements, and content planning.
Maintain a detailed engagement calendar and prepare teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for their appearances with all necessary information.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals to secure ongoing opportunities.
Keep abreast of industry trends and events to uncover new engagement avenues.
Compile briefing documents for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers’ pre-appearance preparation, including logistical details and key messages.
Conduct post-engagement follow-ups to foster future collaboration opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven track record in booking, public relations, or an administrative capacity, with a preference for experience in podcasts or speaking engagements.
Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
High-speed internet connection and the ability to work effectively from home.
Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of the consulting industry and its core discussion topics.
A proactive approach to work, capable of operating independently.
Proficiency in social media, email, and scheduling tools.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-through and responsiveness.
