Join our fun, wellness business team at Pilates Can Pty Ltd in Australia. We have been established for over 20 years in our local Clinical Pilates market here in Australia.

We are ready for a period of significant growth. If you are part of that growth, then we will also grow your hourly rate, number of regular hours and associated benefits.

You can start with an initial 8 – 10 hours per week and, potentially, build that to a larger hourly load that will suit both yourself and our workflow at Pilates Can.

Job Description:
• Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, you will be an important part of our team of digital marketing in-house staff & consultants. You will be working in close collaboration throughout all phases of Podcast Episode Production for our subsidiary “Pilates Business”.

• The Pilates Business Podcast is hosted by Pilates can founder David Gunther. You will work closely with David to produce these episodes. David will create the content.

• You will record and edit, these episodes using the “Descript” online editing software. “Descript” includes the recording software “Squadcast”.

• You will edit the episode in collaboration with David, using our SOP’s. You will continue to follow these standard operating procedures to then publish the episodes via our web site Upgrade to see actual info and our Podcast distribution software “Buzz sprout”.

• When publishing you will need to post the episode, show notes and transcript on Buzz sprout as well as the episode and audiogram on the Pilates Business podcast page, following the Pilates Business podcast production and publication SOP’s.

• If required, Pilates Can Pty Ltd will provide you with access to their online Adobe tools and/or other required software to complete the editing process.

• As part of the Podcast production process, you will also create “audiograms” to then provide to the Pilates Business Social Media Manager, who wil promote the podcast on social media posts. Using best practices and standards across these differing platforms, all graphic/audio files will be stored, organised, and maintained on our shared drives.

• Along with the experience in the Podcast production process, you will need to have appropriate computer hardware and high-speed internet connection.


Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years working on Podcast production and publication using ‘Descript’ and the Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects, or similar software.

• Able to show multiple high-quality Podcast or other audio projects you have produced using ‘Descript’ and the Adobe Creative Suite – Adobe Audition, or similar software.

• Clear English communication skills in multiple forms, including team zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings and email is essential.

Advanced understanding of audio/video marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition is an advantage.

Remuneration:
The successful candidate will start at an attractive hourly rate between $USD 5-10 / Hr.

Performance will be reviewed regularly, based on Key Performance Indicators that will be discussed in detail with shortlisted applicants, prior to on boarding the successful candidate.

Working knowledge of WordPress a bonus.
