Photoshop Expert needed for creating Facebook Ads Creatives

Hi,

My name is Andreas and I’m the managing director of a german-based shopify online-store. We are a german brand that specializes in selling apparel, mugs and outdoor-signs. All our products have garden and plant-related themes printed on them, so you could say we are a gardening-community.

We are actively doing advertisements on Facebook and Instagram and are looking for someone who can help us constantly create ad creatives (mostly image ads) for our campaigns. Since we have a lot of different designs and products, there are endless possibilites to create different ad creatives and this is where you would come in.

Your tasks would consist of:
1. Researching ads and other brands and getting inspired by other brands ad templates and ideas
2. Constantly creating a lot of different ad creatives for different products, different designs, different ad templates, etc. so that we can test all kinds of different ad variations and ad templates so we can find the best performing ones
3. Constantly coming up with new ideas for ads on how to improve our ad creatives in order to improve the ad performance

We would provide you with:
1. All of the Mock ups for all of our products.
2. All of the Design files for all of our designs.
3. If you need any paid tools or subscriptions to any services, we would be happy to buy and provide you with the login details to said services.

Infos that we would need from you is:
1. How many hours per week are you available?
2. Are you looking for a long-term cooperation?
3. How much money do you charge per hour?
4. Have you had any past experiences in dealing with facebook and instagram ads? If yes, then please tell me about it.

Before we would start, I would like to initiate a “test-round” in which I would provide you with a .PSD which includes all of our Apparel Mock ups and all of our design files. I would also provide you with some past sample Ads from us and some sample ads from similar brands that you can inspire yourself from and then I would just let you create 5-10 different ads all by yourself to see how creative you are and what you can come up with.

Once you created the first 5-10 different ads, you can let me know how many hours it took you and how much you would charge us for this work. Then we can check out your work first and we have all the information we need so that we can dUpgrade to see actual info if you are a good fit for us. Of course we can pay you for this test-round.
