Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST
Salary: $5/hour

We're looking for a dynamic Phone Screener to be the first point of contact for potential new hires! In this role, you'll be reaching out to top talents and help our company grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging phone screenings with candidates.
- Assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for our open roles.
- Clearly explain job duties, expectations, and our company culture.
- Answer candidate questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the HR team.

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and experience in outbound calling is a bonus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
