Phone Intake Person

LAM LEGAL – TRIAL LAWYERS is a progressive, growing law firm, seeking a Virtual Assistant - Phone Intake Person, with strong English interpersonal communication skills, with extensive experience in picking up phone calls and following up with potential clients.

The duties will include:

- Receiving all incoming calls
- Call and continue to follow-up with all leads that have not been spoken to
- Receiving leads via email and contacting them as fast as possible
- Managing the CRM system of clients, setting it up for proper follow up procedures
- Obtaining information from all potential clients with a script
- Filtering the leads into whether they should be pursued or dropped
- Booking appointments with qualified leads into lawyers' calendars
- Conducting conflict checks of the sales leads and obtain IDs prior to consultation
- Follow up with consultations to ensure they have the information (address, billing info, etc.) and are attending the consultation
- Revising retainer agreements with lawyer's input
- Repeated follow up with all leads after attending consultation
- Answer leads questions about consultation
- Assist with billing for the consultations - inputting into accounting software and sending bill to client
- Responding to website inquiries
- Answering the leads questions over e-mail before it reaches the lawyer (whenever possible)

Potential future tasks might include:

- Providing quotes to the leads based on their case
- Filtering leads or securing client retainers without booking a consultation with a lawyer
- Upkeeping company’s marketing strategy, including Google Ads and SEO

This is a full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday, salaried position with bonuses on top of fixed salary for a certain number of successful leads converted to clients. Please note that this position requires working remotely 8 am - 4 pm Pacific Time (Vancouver, BC, Canada) and 100% stable high speed internet to receive all the phone calls. Some afterhours and weekend work may occasionally be required.
