JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Australian company specialising in converting data between different accounting systems. We're looking for a Phone Finance Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

This position allows you to work from home, providing phone, email and chat support alongside our existing team. This is to support our growing American market. It is essential to be willing to work the 1am - 9am (Brisbane, Australia time) Tuesday to Saturday.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer profit-sharing bonuses twice a year to our contractors.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal English skills - and the ability to make calls without background noise
* Excellent written English skills
* Great Internet that allows you not to be out of action or with spotty VOIP
* Ability to understand clients' requests effectively
* Experience with various Accounting Systems
* Quick learner and an AMAZING team player
* Willingness to attend monthly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
* Tech-savvy (comfortable with technology and digital tools)
* Loves to think outside the box
* Loves to ask questions and make a difference
* Looking for a long-term role. ( most of our team have been with us 8 + years)
**Bonus points if you have experience with Xero or Zoho.
