Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with popular social media influencers in the Philippines to expand the company's reach and presence.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.

3. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with influencers to promote the company's products or services.

4. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging and relevant campaigns tailored to the target audience.

5. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing optimization suggestions and insights.

6. Continuously track industry trends and competitor activities in the influencer marketing field to identify new opportunities and strategies.

7. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to influencer partnerships, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

8. Coordinate influencer events, product launches, and other promotional activities to maximize exposure and impact.

9. Provide training and support to influencers to ensure alignment with brand messaging and values.

10. Evaluate and refine influencer strategies to drive sustainable growth and return on investment for the company.

Education Requirement: Associate degree or above in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of KOL expansion experience, with certain resources preferred.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication and reporting skills.
