Personal/Executive Assistant For Ecom Company

Overview

We are Ecommerce Company based in Canada seeking highly organized and motivated personal/executive assistant to joining our team. This full time position demands a person with excellent organizational, communication, attention to detail, and resourceful skills.

Working Hour
You will be working from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST with 1 hour break from Monday to Friday. This means it will be a night shift if you are based in Philippines.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible to assist owner of the company in business and personal manners. Such as:

-Schedule appoints and making phone calls
- Complete travel arrangements and bookings
- Operational tasks such as coordinating appointments, paying invoices, and managing calendars
- Reply emails on behalf of the owner
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks with the help of SOP
- Complete Research of Various Topics as needed
- Various simple tasks as it arises such as data entries


Requirements

- Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting top-level executives.
- Self-starter that shows initiatives without being ask to do tasks
- Typing speed at last 40 WPM
- Proficient in tools such as Word, Excel, Google Suite, Calendar etc.
- Effective communication in confrontational, confidential, and problem-solving situations.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential issues.
- Flexibility to be available outside regular working hours, including weekends.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and handling pressure with composure.

Compensation:
Starting pay for this position is 33,000 PHP per month with opportunities for bonuses.
