JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a diligent Personal Virtual Assistant to join the team of home building company in Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, possesses excellent research and administrative skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct detailed research on land availability in the southwest region, utilizing resources like Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info. A map and further instructions will be provided to assist in this task.
Compile and provide comprehensive weekly reports on land findings, including potential opportunities and insights.
Engage with customers proactively, ensuring their enquiries and needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Respond to various enquiries with professionalism and in a timely manner, maintaining high customer service standards.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent research and administrative skills.
Great ability to work proactively without supervision.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using web platforms and technology for research purposes.
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

HOURS AND WAGES

Hours: 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to work more on some weeks.
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (specific hours to be discussed).
Wage: 6 AUD per hour.
