I am on the lookout for a motivated Part-Time Virtual Assistant with a sharp focus on managing my eBay store. This part-time role is set for 2 days a week during the initial ramp-up period, primarily on weekends. The essence of this position lies in maintaining and boosting the success of my online sales presence, with the potential to uncover arbitrage opportunities as an added value. This role presents a pathway to potentially handle additional e-commerce platforms in the future. Responsibilities:

eBay Listing Creation and Optimization: Craft appealing and effective product listings with strategic pricing and SEO to boost visibility and sales.
Monitor Item Compliance: Ensure listings adhere to eBay's policies by identifying VERO and counterfeit items.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Dedicate yourself to the highest customer service standards to build positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Identify Arbitrage Opportunities: Utilize your skills to spot potential arbitrage opportunities across platforms, adding significant value to our operations.
Develop and Implement Best Practices: Innovate and apply best practices for listing creation, customer interactions, and store management to enhance efficiency.
Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries and issues promptly and professionally, offering informed recommendations and solutions.
Inventory and Sales Strategy Management: Manage inventory systematically and develop sales strategies to attract buyers and boost revenue.
