JOB OVERVIEW

I'm seeking a virtual assistant to help streamline the process of scheduling interviews with potential employers and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring designated email inboxes 1-2 times daily.
* Managing email correspondence on my behalf across two email inboxes.
* Coordinating availability for phone calls and interviews.
* Updating my calendar promptly as interviews or appointments are confirmed.
* Maintaining clear communication with me regarding any updates, changes, or queries.
