Our Firm is seeking an assistant position that will work directly with our case managers in retrieving all necessary documents for new and existing cases. Our ideal candidate must be familiar with legal practices in Personal Injury. Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned task needed. Core duties and responsibilities include the following, other tasks may be assigned along the way. This position has a high potential for growth within the firm.

Type of Position: Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-6pm(PST)

Responsibilities:

Support Case Managers
Scan and save documentation needed for the case to the firm's system
Send correct letters to clients
Drafting correspondence
Request medical records, police reports and bills on behalf of clients
Maintain communication with client
General office support & tasks as needed
Build and maintain case database

Qualifications:

Must be familiar with legal practices in Personal Injury

Warm, outgoing and customer service-oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Word
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Attention to detail and deadline oriented
Solid follow-up aptitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
