We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will support the operations manager by handling a wide range of administrative tasks from remote location. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, scheduling, troubleshooting basic issues, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with property and client management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and respond to communications on platforms like Slack, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and setting up weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions.
- Help resolve issues related to accounts on Slack, Hostaway, Airbnb, and other platforms.
- Manage emergency situations including coordination with local law enforcement and troubleshooting during internet outages.
- Coordinate maintenance calls and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Assist in tenant communication, including collecting rent, sending reminders, and verifying payments.
- Support property onboarding processes, including listing creation and management.

- Proficiency in using property management software and general comfort with technology.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the property management industry preferred but not required.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative duties will be an advantage.
