About Us: We are a fast-growing plumbing and heating company looking for a personal assistant for the business owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the owner's schedule, including appointments and meetings.
- Handle calls,
- Organise meetings and prepare agendas.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and special projects.
- To maintain confidential files and records.
- All other relevant tasks and responsibilities about the role.
Qualifications:
- Proven years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and CRM Tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
