Per Project Pay - Adobe Premiere Pro Revision Video Editor (Ecommerce Video Ads)

We are a video editing agency editing E-Commerce video ads. We need to hire editors who can work throughout the day to focus solely on completing revisions sent by our clients. You will not need to create projects from scratch, instead, you will receive the source/project files of existing projects from other editors, and make any revisions the instant that they come up.

Requirements:

- Powerful computer that can run Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic to medium knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Been editing in Premiere Pro for at least 6 months
- During your shift, to be there ready to make revisions within 1 hour of the request being sent

Nice to have

- Experience editing e-commerce / dropshipping / ecom video ads

Pay:

We will pay on a per project basis. Easy revision (5-10 min task) = $1, Medium Revision (20 mins task) = $2, Hard Revision (1 hour task) = $3. We will follow a structure somewhat similar to above, it is possible to change, as this is a new system we have set up. >> this pay is $1, 2, 3 etc. (low numbers), because we have to pay the original editor who did the initial project like $10-$20 in the first place, as these are just small easy revision).

We are looking to hire 5x individuals so that we have 24/7 covered.. meaning that we can make revisions instantly at any time of the day.
