JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Process Weekly Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll for employees.
• Address Employee Pay Inquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries regarding their pay.
• Ensure Pay Accuracy: Verify proper compensation based on rates, allowances, and regulations.
• Process Payslips: Generate and distribute payslips to employees regularly.
• Assist in Payroll Process Development: Collaborate on the development and implementation of efficient payroll processes.
• Documentation and establishing SOP's
Requirements:
• Experience in Payroll Processing: Demonstrated proficiency in payroll calculations and compliance.
• Familiarity with ShiftCare System: Ability to learn and navigate ShiftCare for payroll management.
• Strong Research Skills: Capable of conducting thorough research to resolve payroll-related queries.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Keen attention to detail and highly organized
• Tech savvy and pro active
Be able to add staff onboarding to pay role
set up customer accounts in xero
GST, PAYG, super
Experience working with NDIS business and uploading ndis price guides
• Someone with experience and can handle processes
Xero specialist
Good problem solver
Scope:
• Full Payroll Management: Oversee all payroll processes and administration.
