???? Role Overview:
As our next awesome team player, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent support via email, chat, and social media with minimal phone support.
Assisting with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing inventory.
Collaborating with our marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

???? Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Graduate/undergraduate of a Bachelors degree
Excellent grammar and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Prior experience in e-commerce, customer service, or administrative support roles. Having more than 5 year experience in this field is a great advantage.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Catch of the Day, Kogan or Amazon.
Strong attention to details, top notch organizational and analytical skills.
Self managed and ready to work in a remote setting and attend face to face training in Calamba, Laguna

Paid training, 4hrs per day (7am to 11am) for 2 months
