We're Seeking: A Part-Time Virtual Assistant

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Your Role:
You'll play a crucial role in supporting both co-founders, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and contributing to our mission. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Basic Repeat Tasks: Keeping our Google Sheets, Asana, Docusign tidy, tracking birthdays/events, managing social media schedules, organizing client documents, onboarding videos, and training materials in Go High Level, handling email management, and conducting research.

Mid-Tier Tasks: Crafting and disseminating our Weekly Digest email, and managing follow-ups with leads.

High-Tier Tasks: Innovating operational practices for efficiency and helping us stay organized.
