We are seeking a talented Video Editor proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing short-form videos for our social media channels, mainly focused on Facebook ad content. You will work closely with our team to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit all user-generated content (UGC) and incoming content to ensure it is optimised for each key platform, including Meta, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
2. Create engaging hooks for each piece of content (3 hooks per video) to capture maximum views and keep users engaged throughout.
3. Make creative decisions throughout the process, including story structure, pacing, and supporting visuals and audio.
4. Collaborate with the team to develop content based on the testing framework for incremental improvements.
5. Maintain a fast-paced workflow, pivoting when necessary and prioritising effectively.
6. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret briefs to produce high-quality output.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, Insta, and TikTok).
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and social media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of social media and growth marketing.
