The Role:
As a UX Designer at our agency, you will play a crucial role in the creation and optimization of websites that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly and optimized for search engines. You will work closely with our SEO team to ensure that our clients' websites meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- UX design using Webflow
- Design and implement effective user interfaces with a focus on UX principles and SEO optimization.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes for web pages and interactive features using Webflow.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate SEO strategies into website designs and structures.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UX design and Webflow development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- In-depth knowledge of Webflow, including its interface, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they impact web design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to addressing user experience challenges.
