Role Responsibilities:
Daily administration of the sales database and pipeline using Pipedrive, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Assisting the sales team in updating and maintaining client information, sales progress, and communication logs.
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure seamless alignment between marketing efforts and the sales process.
Generating sales reports and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Supporting sales representatives with various administrative tasks to streamline their workflow.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with Pipedrive and a strong understanding of sales pipeline management are essential.
Proven organizational skills with an ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with the financial services industry or prior experience working with financial services companies is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cohesively with the sales and marketing Upgrade to see actual infotail-oriented and data-driven approach to ensure accuracy in sales data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

Additional Information:
We would prefer the successful applicant to work their hours during the UK working day (9am - 5am) but can be flexible about when.

Payment
The budget for this role is $4-7 per hour dependent on experience.
