JOB OVERVIEW

We are excited to be looking fora detail-oriented Paid Search Specialist. We are looking for a critical thinker, and effective multi-tasker. The Paid Search Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, implement, analyze and enhance PPC services for our clients. Having a passion for paid search and digital marketing is a must. At least 2 years of paid search experience is required. This is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming paid search specialist to continue their career and learn from seasoned digital marketers.

The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for managing our online advertising campaigns, ensuring that they are delivering the maximum possible return on investment (ROI) for our clients. The successful candidate will be proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Meta, Tiktok and Pinterest and will be able to implement, track, analyze and optimize campaigns to deliver high-quality leads.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop and manage online advertising campaigns across various paid search platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Meta, Tiktok and Pinteresstand other paid search platforms.
Implement and manage campaigns from end-to-end, including keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, bid management, and conversion tracking.
Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new opportunities for expansion and optimization.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and recommend new opportunities for growth, including new channels, audiences, and ad formats.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid search advertising and recommend new strategies to improve performance.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration between paid search and other marketing channels.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

2+ years of experience in paid search advertising, with a proven track record of driving ROI.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for the continued implementation and growth of our client’s paid search marketing efforts. Including but not limited to the following:

? Conduct Paid Search marketing efforts across all channels..

? Implement best practices when creating, managing, optimizing and analyzing campaign performance.

? Monitor paid search performance on a daily basis to identify key opportunities and optimize campaigns accordingly to enhance client digital presence in paid ads.

? Work with digital analytics and content teams to conduct landing page & conversion rate analysis to determine opportunities for improving campaign performance.

? Perform keyword and competitive research to identify areas of opportunity for campaign growth, expansion and business intelligence for our clients.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

? Understanding of the Google Ads interface

? How to navigate interface to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns

? Understanding of the relationship between Google Ads and Google Analytics

? How to leverage each platform to create the best performing campaigns and use that data for reporting purposes

? Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

? Self-starter, works with limited supervision

? Organized and pays attention to every detail

? Proactive versus reactive thinker

? Manages multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease

? Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications:


2 years' experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time


Schedule:

6 hour shift - Eastern Standard Timezone - 9:30AM EST to 3:30PM EST
