Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing social media ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and achieve campaign objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals and strategies.
Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience managing social media ads and Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and ad targeting options.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with South African market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
Google Ads certification is desirable.
