JOB OVERVIEW

A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join Skayl, a fast-growing remote working UK-based digital marketing agency working with clients in the UK & USA.

The Role:

As a Paid Media Manager at Skayl, you will be support us with the management and growth of our client's paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads platforms. You will work closely with our Performance Marketing Director and Account Managers to drive client success through innovative paid media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads to meet client goals.
- Analyse campaign performance data to continually refine and optimise each campaign.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and updates, applying new tactics and tools to ensure maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to integrate paid media with other marketing efforts such as SEO and content marketing.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis to stakeholders to demonstrate campaign impact and guide future strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all campaigns are delivering against set targets for spend and performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic paid media plans and execute them successfully.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decision making in a paid media context.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience with budget management and reporting.
- Proficiency in using key tools and technologies used in paid media (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
