Job Summary:
The Paid Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising strategies across multiple digital channels to drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and revenue. This role involves managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify target audiences and create audience segments for campaigns.
Select appropriate advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) based on campaign objectives.
Campaign Management:

Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
Set campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Create compelling ad copy and creative assets.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Regularly analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools.
Generate reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Track ROI and provide insights into the effectiveness of campaigns.
Keyword and Audience Research:

Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms.
Perform audience research to understand target demographics and behaviors.
Budget Management:

Allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns and platforms.
Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Competitor Analysis:

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
Adapt campaigns based on competitive insights.
Adherence to Best Practices:

Stay informed about best practices in paid advertising.
Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies.
Collaboration:

Coordinate with other marketing teams (e.g., content, SEO) to align strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in paid media management, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram and YOutube ads etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads Certification) is desirable.
