PART TIME REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Hi there! My name is Andrew Doobay and I am a realtor in Austin, Texas. I am looking for a part time assistant to work 10 hrs a week at a base hourly + bonus rate. This is a medium-high skilled position and will require a mixture of administrative assistant tasks and generating leads via text follow up. Any leads that convert into a closed real estate deal for me, you will receive a cash bonus.

Base hourly is $4/hr. This is a job that can be done on top of a full time job. I am looking for a highly skilled individual who will be able to stay with my company and grow into an operations manager role. I want you to be making five times your base hourly pay by the end of 2025. I want you to generate business for me and help me bring you on full time. This position requires you to begin low, but hopefully the flexibility will be a positive for you.

Tasks of this role include:
- Sending Birthday & Home Anniversary cards out to past clients
- Making updates to Google Business Profile
- Following up with leads via my Real Estate CRM, Follow Up Boss
- Interacting with my lead generating software, Ylopo
- Creating and sending emails with Mailchimp
- Using Canva

Would love it if you:
- Are very fluent in English
- Have a basic understanding of ChatGPT
- Can learn quickly on tech platforms you don't have experience in
- Have worked or are passionate about working in the Real Estate industry
- Are fast with Excel & Google Sheets
- Are very organized
- Have worked with a CRM before and are familiar with sending mass emails.

I need someone hungry. I need someone who enjoys real estate, sales and marketing. I need someone who is looking to stick with me and help me grow my company 5-10x in the next 18 months. I love teaching people about my industry and want someone to launch their career with me.
