Outreach Coordinator/CSR Who Can Write & Speak Good English (Customer Service Representative)

(Chat/Text based) We need an Outreach Coordinator who can reach out to people via text message/whatsapp etc.

Good English writing skills are a must and good english speaking/understanding skills.

Optional - in case I need you to send voice messages, it’s a plus point if you speak English very well too.

Your tasks will include working as an outreach coordinator person for a company communicating that produces videos to be played at a wedding, and a customer service representative to answer any chat messages sent to us on our website, respond to customer emails, deal with any customer complaints/refunds, etc.
