Outreach Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outreach Communication Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our external communication efforts, playing a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing outreach strategies, coordinating with various teams to ensure message consistency, and meticulously organizing outreach activities to maximize engagement and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Lead generation, communications, and other relevant departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Send outreach via Inmails (Linkedin)
- Send outreach via Just call
- Schedule meetings via Google Calendar
- Maintain up-to-date records of outreach activities and outcomes for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in doing outreach and communicating with clients, or similar roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
