Outbound Collections Specialist

Nautical Staffing is a looking for an experienced, determined, and personable Outbound Collections Specialist for our US-based client in the cleaning services industry.

Responsibilities:
• Contact customers about unpaid bills
• Collect payments on outstanding invoices
• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Keep records accurate and report on collection activities
• Collaborate with the Bookkeeper on various activities, such as updating invoices
• Maintain good relationship with customers while ensuring timely payments
• Exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in outbound collections is required
• Must have light or neutral accent and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or any accounting software is highly preferred
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft and Google applications
• Must be willing to work part-time (initially) during US Mountain business hours
