Do you like organising things and people?

We have a number of high performing clients who are running a successful business that have asked me to find someone that in their words:

"Remind them of what actions they need to take"

"Organise me"

"Keep me on my toes"

Can you imagine yourself in this sort of role?

Taking charge of making things happen in the business and really seeing the impact you have.

Now, these sorts of roles are not for everyone. But for the right people they are dynamic, fun and REALLY rewarding.

To help these clients you would do a range of things from helping them stay onto of their emails, calendars, simple correspondence and other process orientated tasks (eg updating CRMs).

Because the role is so varied, you will often be in a position where you are learning something new and using your transferable skills.

About you:
Not afraid to ask questions
Love to make suggestions and improve processes
Feel comfortable reminding the client of what you need from them to do your job
Experience working directly with a CEO or business owner is highly desirable

BENEFITS:

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
-4 weeks of paid holidays and Sick Leave

-Big support from our team! You will get a supportive key contact person to ask any questions and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to grow and learn. We have prepared online training and courses if you want to hone or learn new skills. Of course, not mandatory but it’s always accessible to you.
