We are on the lookout for a Chief of Staff who loves organizing things and helping everything run smoothly. This job is perfect for someone who likes doing different tasks, from sorting out
Responsibilities
• Handle scheduling, manage
• Maintain a master spreadsheet with member information, ensuring it is always up-to-date.
• Manage WordPress for posting updates and stories, ensuring our website remains a vibrant hub for our community.
• Improve our organization and communication, including assisting members with subscription inquiries.
• Use Canva to make eye-catching materials for our events and marketing.
• Help set up and manage event registrations on Eventbrite.
• Create clear SOPs for planning and running our trips.
• Keep our travel plans and member activities well-organized and documented.
• Help our executives refine processes, creating SOPs for smoother, scalable operations.
Requirements
• Really care about supporting women over 45 and believe in what Next Tribe does.
• Have at least 5 years of admin experience. If you've worked in travel, hospitality, or community stuff, even better.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Eventbrite, Google Suite, and Loom, and can make things that grab people's attention.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles is an advantage but not required.
• Great at organizing and juggling different tasks without missing details.
• Love traveling and connecting with people. If you're over 45 too, that's a plus.
